CATALOGUE OF PARTICIPANTS
Each participant will be able to consult the presentation forms online 3 weeks before the convention. A real working tool, this catalogue will form part of a database that can be used in the long term. The quality and precision of the information in the catalogue will tell you all about the supply and demand, and thus allow you to select the companies you wish to meet.
CHOICE OF MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
10 days before the fair, you should select the companies you would like to meet. In order to ensure the meetings are targeted and efficient, you can consult companies profiles, skills or projects of participants.
Software that records each participant’s choices and availability will allow us to plan your private, personalised meetings. You will receive a list of your meetings several days before the start of the convention. At the trade fair, the buyers will move from stand to stand following their own specific schedule. So, thanks to these tailor-made meeting schedules, we offer you direct contacts and rapid and efficient prospecting.
